Great staff and good informative manager! Love this place.... Honestly thought it was going to be a little rough due to the area but it was phenomenal! Wish nothing but continued success here!!
My first time here since the renovation. I like that the animatronics are gone. It was clean and bright. The games all worked! Pizza didn't take too long and Christine in the kitchen was SO, so cheerful she made me smile. Props to Tobias, though--the kid never stopped working the whole time we were there, every time I saw him he was working on a game then monitoring the trampolines then cleaning then changing bulbs then he came helped us at the ticket counter. Dude needs a promotion and a raise.
Customer service was great! The food was good and my friends and family had a great time. I did a last minute reservation for a party and the workers were very understanding and gave us a great experience! Place was clean and fun. Will definitely be hosting more parties here soon.
I hadn't brought my kids here for over a year due to bad experience with cleanliness and customer service. I was impressed with the renovation and the food quality was great. Definitely redeemed themselves.
